Vice President of Sales

DMA Associates is looking for a seasoned executive with experience in large and growth-oriented small/medium sized companies. The Vice President of Sales will report to the CEO and is a member of the company’s executive team. The incumbent will be directly responsible for DMA Associate’s revenue, and the direction and management of all sales and business development operations, including pipeline forecasting, global sales strategy, team-building and overall sales management. This is a growth oriented position that is directly responsible for global sales revenue and target quotas. The successful candidate will take ownership of growing both traditional and channel sales revenue streams.

o Directly responsible for the company’s revenue
o Develop plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company’s sales goals
o Exceed customer expectations and contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction
o Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting
o Monitor customer, market and competitor activity
o Manage key customer relationships and participate in closing strategic opportunities
o Travel for in-person meetings with customers and partners and to develop key relationships


Spring / Summer 2019 Internships

We are seeking technical and non-technical individuals who have an interest in natural language processing geared toward the Health Services and Financial Services industries.

Non Technical Candidates Should:

o Have a natural ability to listen and understand patient / clients needs and concerns
o Have an aptitude and affinity for research and analysis
o Excellent with verbal observation and perception

Technical Candidates Should:

o First through fourth year course studies in Computer Science, Math or Engineering
o At least one course in artificial intelligence / machine learning
o Work in and unstructured, but highly productive R&D environment.

Senior Software Architect/Developer

We are seeking a Senior Software Architect/Developer with experience building large-scale, high performance enterprise web based applications. The incumbent will drive solution development, which will be implemented by a team of developers and technologists.

The incumbent will be a senior member of the Financial Services IT team, participating in all aspects of system development to support the technology needs of the business.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Translate business tactical and strategic initiatives into scalable and sustainable technical solutions, which are well documented.

  • Hands-on development of the solutions with the technical team.

  • Be a key technical thought leader for the organization.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or Engineering.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience designing, developing, and implementing large scale, multi-tier web-based applications.

  • Hands on experience with .Net technologies, and SQL Server. Linux and Java experience is a big plus.

  • Strong knowledge of off-the-shelf technologies and services that could be brought to bear as part of various solutions.

  • Experience with financial and CRM systems desired.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing priorities - Strong verbal/written communications skills
